Registration

Note that the online registration to the conference
closed on Monday, August 27th at 13:00 EET.

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Registration Steps (skip the first two steps if you already have an account with easyconferences)

1. •Create an "easyconferences" account through www.easyconferences.org
   

2. •Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
   

3. •Log into www.easyconferences.org/sas2018/register  and create your registration order form
   

4. •Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method
   

Registration Fees

The registration fee (normal or student registration) includes: access to the conference, conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception on Tuesday, conference banquet on Wednesday, and "Flying Dinner" (guided food&wine tour in Freiburg) on Friday.

Student Grants

A limited number of students grants will be available. The grant will cover the cost for lodging during the conference and a contribution to travel expenses. For further information, please send an informal email to the PC Chair via sas2018-0@easychair.org.
