Conference Venue

The venue is right next to a small park ("Stadtpark"). To walk there, use the pedestrian bridge ("Karlssteg") from Karlsplatz into the park (it seems that Google does not show that route, but Bing does).

The building is open from 8:00 to 19:00.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open from 8:00 to 18:00 from Tuesday, August 28th to Thursday, August 30th. Ideally, participants register already on Tuesday and then stay for the Welcome Reception.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception takes place on Tuesday, August 28th on the roof terrace of the building starting at 18:00. Until 19:00, access to the roof terrace will be through the staircase of the building. After 19:00, access to the roof terrace will still be possible, but from the back of the building, the Ludwigstraße (around the building).
